Famous Turquoise Mines. No. 8.

No. 8 is an iconic turquoise mine located in Eureka County Nevada. Well we should say formerly located because No. 8 is now lost to the largest open pit gold mine in the world. While there is No.8 available most of it has been stabilized

and natural high grade No 8, especially the elusive dark web, is among the most expensive and highly prized of all turquoise.
