This cabochon weighs 22.8 carats and measures 2.5 cm by 2 cm. It is not treated and unbacked. There is very slight surface pitting in the matrix. It is priced at $10 a carat or $228. I have assigned a TG of 80 or HMG High Mid-Grade due to the matrix. Otherwise, this is high grade quality and would be priced much higher. Purchased from Ernie Montoya, the owner of the mine.
