Royston is located on the border of Esmeralda and Nye Counties in Nevada and has a long history which may be found in Turquoise in America Parts Two and Three.
This cabochon weighs 8.6 carats and measures 1.5cm by 1cm. It is priced at $10 a carat or $86. I have assigned a TG of 79 or HMG, High Medium Grade. It shows a light blue color floating over a brown matrix. The turquoise was purchased from Dean Otteson.
