This cab weighs 4.9 carats and measures 1cm by 1.5cm. It is priced at $20 a carat , $98. It is not treated and is lightly backed. I have assigned a TG (turquoise grade) of 86.25 or VHG Very High Grade. Rob Stapp purchased this rough in the 90’s and it represents the first stone imported from China  during the period covered in Chapter Five. I cut the cab myself.
