Candelaria is turquoise from the Candelaria silver mine located in Mineral County Nevada. It was never located as a turquoise mine. The history is found in Turquoise in America Part Two, 1910-1990.
 
This cab weighs 14.8 carat and measures 2.25cm X 2.25cm. It is priced at $100 a carat or $1480. It is not treated and is backed. I have assigned a TG of 93 or GG. Dark web from Candelaria is very rare. I cut this cab from rough I purchased from Bob Brucia. White spot is camera flash.
