Hidden Valley was a non-located claim probably in the Candelaria Hills of Nevada. The story told by Wayne Nelson is found in Turquoise in America Part Two,1910-1990.
 
This cab weighs 30.8 carat and measures 3.25cm X 2cm. It is priced at $40 a carat or $1,232. It is not treated and backed. I have assigned a TG of 89 or VHG. I purchased this stone from Wayne Nelson who cut the cab. White spot is camera flash.
