Hidden Valley was a non-located claim probably in the Candelaria Hills of Nevada. The story told by Wayne Nelson is found in Turquoise in America Part Two,1910-1990.
 
This cab weighs 9.1 carat and measures 2cm X 1cm. It is priced at $10 a carat or $91. It is not treated and backed. I have assigned a TG of 77 or HMG. I purchased this stone from Wayne Nelson who cut the cab.
