Hidden Valley was a non-located claim probably in the Candelaria Hills of Nevada. The story told by Wayne Nelson is found in Turquoise in America Part Two,1910-1990.
 
This cab weighs 9.3 carat and measures 1.5cm X 1.5cm. It is priced at $30 a carat or $279. It is not treated and backed. I have assigned a TG of 80 or HG. I purchased this stone from Wayne Nelson who cut the cab. White spot is camera flash.
