Kingman is the marketing name for turquoise mined from two mountains near Mineral Park Arizona, Ithaca Peal and Turquoise (Aztec) Mountain. Turquoise from Ithaca has been sold by that name where that from Turquoise Mountain has been sold as Turquoise Mountain but for many years as Kingman. The history of Kingman is told in Turquoise in America Parts One and Two.
