Lone Mountain pair from the Callais Collection
 
Lone Mountain is one of the classis turquoise mines of Nevada. The history is found in Turquoise in America Part Two, 1910-1990.
 
These cabochons weigh 3.7 carats and measure 1cm X 0.5cm and 1cm X 0.75cm. They are priced at $100 a carat or $370, They are not treated and backed. I have assigned a TG of 86 or VHG. These come from the Charles Loloma Collection and I purchased them from the estate of Charles wife Georgia.
