Royston is an historic turquoise district in Nevada featuring many mines. The history is found in Turquoise in America Parts 1-3.
 
This cab weighs 52.6 carat and measures 4.5 cm X 2.5 cm X 4 mm. It is priced at $20 a carat or $1052. It is not treated and is backed. I have assigned a TG of 91 or GG. This cab is featured on the front cover of Turquoise in America Part Three, The Stories of Turquoise and in The Turquoise Gallery of Part Two. I cut this cab from stone obtained from Dean Otteson.
