Villa Grove is a famous turquoise mine in Colorado. The story is told in Turquoise in America Part Two, 1910-1990.
 
This group of three cabs weighs 27.9 carats and each measure about 1.75cm X 1.5cm. They are not treated and moderately backed and are priced at $10 a carat or $279. I have assigned a TG of 79 or HMG High Mid-Grade. These cabs were purchased by Mikhail Saks in the mid 1970’s from George Musick and sold to me.
